Lauder, Clarins and Chanel Partner in Online Venture

In a deal expected to change how beauty is sold online, Clarins and Chanel have acquired partial ownership of gloss.com, the beauty web site acquired by Estee Lauder earlier this year. Lauder will continue to have a stake in the site. Fragrance, color cosmetics and skin care products from different Estee Lauder, Chanel and Clarins divisions will be sold on the site when it is relaunched early next year. Terms of the deal were not disclosed....
